Heather has accumulated several years of experience in the management of litigation and eDiscovery within the law firm environment. She has extensive experience collaborating with Practice Support and Information Technology departments to implement standardized litigation technology and eDiscovery training programs. Prior to joining Daegis, Heather was the Litigation Paralegal Technology Training Specialist at Morrison & Foerster LLP, where she developed training curricula for a firm-wide litigation paralegal program targeting all current litigation technology solutions. In addition, she delivered training to litigation case teams on effective document review protocol utilizing both internal and service provider technology. Also at Morrison & Foerster LLP, Heather was a Practice Support Specialist supporting firm-wide litigation technology solutions. She worked extensively with database creation, manipulation, and maintenance. Heather also provided consulting and project management for electronic discovery cases, working with partners, associates, paralegals, and clients to design and implement optimal protocols for collection, processing, review and production of electronic and paper documents. As a member of the Daegis team, Heather will establish and maintain client relationships with law firms and corporations by offering her eDiscovery expertise, coupled with Daegis’ suite of services and technologies. She will evaluate project needs and work with clients to develop and implement workflow strategies and apply the appropriate technical solutions. Her understanding of case management and litigation technology will serve to compliment Daegis’ proactive Consultant and Project Management teams.
